Young people, aged between 11 and 18, are invited to come on the XLS Big Night Out at Lightwater Valley on May 19th. There will be a coach leaving St. Francis around 4pm (the event is from 5:45 – 10pm). Tickets cost £15, including coach and entry. For more information contact Fr. Clay or Carol Holdsworth.

 

 

Join the Archbishop of York and the Bishop of Whitby at a unique event on Saturday 26th May, the day before Whit Sunday – Pentecost. Archbishop Sentamu is coming to Whitby Abbey to lead the whole Archdeaconry in a renewal of life and mission.

Fr. Clay has been asked to take part in leading the worship on the day in Whitby. Do put the date in your diary now – FREE entry into the Abbey, but you go have to apply for tickets to the event! Ask Fr. clay for more details.

Isabel Graham is leading the group that will be creating a banner for our church. She is looking for volunteers and materials – if you can help please speak to Isabel.
